The development department is the heart of the company. Here, in addition to the GSP standard portfolio, solutions specially tailored to customers' needs are developed and continuously enhanced in close cooperation with project management and the customer. Agile teams of experienced experts, beginners and graduates work hand in hand in the areas of software, hardware and system testing.


Corporate communications and product management are combined in the marketing department. In this way, strategic solutions can be developed on how GSP can combine new and existing markets with future-oriented technologies and thus offer customers optimal product solutions.


Our sales department is the first contact to customers and potential new partners - this is where offers are made, orders are generated, new markets are developed and thus the foundation for future business at GSP is laid.
In addition to account management, GSP's sales team includes order processing and spare parts management.

Financial Management

All core tasks in the company could not cooperate smoothly if it were not for the adjacent departments, such as financial management. Here, the classic commercial activities from financial accounting to controlling are combined.

Human Resources Management

GSP's human resources management is where the threads come together for all employee* concerns. Together with the heads of the specialist departments, we determine personnel requirements, organise trainings for our employees* and also discuss financial and social issues. In addition, the department is the first point of contact for applicants* and organizes the recruiting process.

Not only the continuous support of the employees regarding the use and provision of the IT infrastructure is part of the daily work in the IT department. It is also an important interface to external IT service providers who advise and support GSP in special topics.

Production & Material Management

The production department consists of several departments: warehouse management, process planning and manufacturing, and takes care of the operative implementation of orders, so that our products can be installed in the vehicles on time and with the usual high quality. Here too, GSP offers long-term prospects to motivated and quality-conscious specialists.

Project Management

The project management team works closely with the sales department from the very beginning and is in constant contact with the customer after the order has been placed. Our project managers know what the customers need through many years of experience and bring this know-how to the company. This allows ideal, customer-specific solutions to be developed. Even after successful project implementation, the project manager, together with sales and technical customer service, is responsible for the further support of the customer. Thanks to the lively exchange of information, we always remain at the cutting edge of the technologies in demand on the market.

Our purchasing department ensures that all materials and components which are required for our products and systems are available on time and in line with our high quality standards. To be able to offer our customers consistently high quality products, the purchasing department sets us framework agreements with suppliers and manages potential challenges with supplier quality. The purchasing department is involved in the product development process from the very beginning and thus represents an essential factor in the day-to-day business.

Quality Management

GSP is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 as well as the higher-level standard of the rail vehicle industry ISO/TS 22163:2017-05. High quality standards and the satisfaction of our customers have always been part of our value proposition. Our quality management is the central contact person for this. The colleagues look after suppliers and customers from the initial assessment in the selection process to any quality deviations that occur in the project and manage all internal and external audits and processes. We work on an interdisciplinary basis, support other departments with advice in their decision-making and focus on the continuous improvement of our quality.

Technical Customer Service

The Technical Customer Service (TCS) is the first point of contact for our customers' technical questions. It offers comprehensive support both by telephone and directly on site. It not only assists in the initial operation of systems and resolves faults in vehicles, but also carries out individual customer training courses. We provide assistance in Germany and Europe, and even worldwide. The TCS team carries out repairs as well as retrofitting and reconditioning of components. The work is carried out in close cooperation with the development, quality management and project management departments. Each employee in the TCS works independently and solution-oriented according to his position and receives the necessary support both in his own and in cross-functional teams as well as further training opportunities.
